Nightly rate & additional fees

The standard nightly rate is 3500$ per night with some variation for holidays and peak seasons.

Cleaning Fee: $750

Lodging Tax 12.5%

To reserve your dates requires a 20% deposit with balance paid in full 30 days before the event.
